Conference folders and delegate packs are essential components for a successful exhibition. A place to hold important information, such as a map of the venue, speakers’ notes and a show programme. A way to impress delegates from the start, a well-designed conference folder can create a professional image of your business.
As well as a good looking conference folder, the information inside it must also look the business. Consider the following items to include in your conference folder…
The conference programme is the holy grail of information about your conference or event. While it is important to ensure this document looks great, its functionality must not be forgotten. Make sure you include the following essential information:
Printed leaflets and flyers are still effective marketing tools. Make it part of a sponsorship package that business will have a printed advertisement included in the delegate pack. Conference folders can be manufactured with extra gusset space (up to 10mm) to fit brochures or other bulky documents if required.
Conference folders can be designed to include additional pockets to hold promotional products from the organisers or principal sponsors. These may include a branded calculator, a promotional pen or even a preloaded USB.
A branded pad would also be ultra-useful at a conference, for taking notes during talks. Lanyards and ID cards can be included in the folder and will promote the sponsor’s brand around the hall, as well as identify the wearer.
If the event is taking place over a few days, consider producing a daily newspaper or magazine. In it you can include news from the show, exhibitors and give background to events that are taking place each day.
